Warranty & Returns

We glady will accept returns for any product that has not been opened.

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, for health reasons, we can not accept returns on opened products. However, we have worked hard to hand selecting higher quality merchandise that will bring you extended periods of enjoyment. As such, if a product is defective or stops functioning within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us about the product and we will replace it immediately.

Please be sure to include your order number in your correspondence if you are referencing an online order along with an explanation of the problem that you are having and we will make every attempt to rectify the situation.

Also, many of the products that we carry do offer manufacturer waranties that are included in the boxes.
